What is a blend?
A blendof extra virgin olive oil is created by combining oils obtained from different olive varieties, processed separately. After production, each oil is tasted and selected to create a precise balance between aroma, taste and intensity.
Our blends are an invitation to explore: herbaceous and fruity aromas, different intensities of bitterness and spiciness, and a balanced palate persistence in each of our extra virgin olive oils.

The single-cultivar oil, o monocultivar, is an extra virgin olive oil produced from a single olive variety, to fully express the character and distinctive aroma of the original cultivar.
