The Sabina Pantry brings together the sweet and savoury specialities of our land, many made with our extra virgin olive oil.
The extra jams of apricot, cherry, peach and sour cherry, made with plenty of fruit: the apricot jam has 85% fruit and no added sugar. The spreads of pistachio, hazelnut and cocoa, velvety and made with extra virgin olive oil, in 250 g jars and 1200 g sizes. At Christmas, DUENOVETTONE, our large leavened cake made with Sabina PDO oil and chocolate chips. Among the savoury preserves, black olive pâté, also with chilli, green olives, sun-dried tomatoes and pistachio pesto.
