These terms govern the sale of products through the website www.duenovesei.com

These General Terms govern the offer and sale of products through the website and apply to all orders placed online.

The offer is addressed both to consumers (pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code) and to professional customers.

The contract is deemed concluded at the moment the customer receives the order confirmation by email.

DueNoveSei reserves the right not to accept incomplete or incorrect orders, or in the event of product unavailability.

The images and descriptions on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Any non-substantial differences do not constitute a lack of conformity.

All prices are shown in Euros and include VAT where applicable.
Any shipping costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.

Product availability is updated automatically. Should a product become unavailable after the order is placed, the customer will be promptly informed and may choose between a refund or a replacement.

The following are accepted:

• Credit/debit card
• PayPal
• Bank transfer
• Cash on delivery
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

In the case of a bank transfer, the order will be processed only after the payment has actually been credited.
Transactions take place through secure and certified systems.

An invoice, if required, must be explicitly requested at the time of the order by entering complete tax details. It cannot be requested after the receipt has been issued.

We regularly send promotional codes offering fixed or percentage discounts on the order total. The terms of use and expiry dates are sent together with the discount code.

To use a coupon, enter the code shown on it during Checkout. The discount will be applied immediately to the cart total.

Shipments are carried out through selected couriers.

Delivery times are approximate and are communicated during checkout.

Upon delivery, the customer must check that the package is intact and report any issues within 48 hours.

Shipping costs

• Italy: free for orders of 99,00 € or more; below that, the cost depends on the weight of the parcel: 7,90 € up to 2 kg, 7,90 € up to 3 kg, 8,90 € up to 5 kg, 9,90 € up to 10 kg, 12,90 € up to 20 kg, 15,90 € up to 30 kg, 19,90 € up to 40 kg.

The exact cost is always shown at checkout before payment.

Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, the consumer customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product.

The product must be returned intact, unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise indicated.

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (e.g. customised products or perishable goods).

All products are covered by the legal warranty provided for by articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code.

In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer is entitled to have the goods restored through repair or replacement, or to a price reduction or termination of the contract in the cases provided for by law.

DUENOVESEI is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to force majeure or attributable to the courier.

Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product, unless otherwise provided by law.

The contract is governed by Italian law.

For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile shall have jurisdiction.

In all other cases, the Court of Rome shall have jurisdiction.
