Single-Cultivar Oils
A single-cultivar olive oil comes from one variety of olive tree, so it expresses its character directly: aroma, bitterness and pepperiness are those of the variety and its land. These are the oils for anyone who wants to get to know Sabina tree by tree.
Carboncella comes from a cultivar native to Sabina: fruity, with notes of fresh grass and green almond and a hint of artichoke, harmonious and clean on the palate. Salviana is medium-light fruity and distinctly grassy, with hints of rocket, wild flowers and fresh walnut. Leccio del Corno Bio was our first organic single-cultivar oil: intense, persistent green fruitiness with balsamic notes of rocket, nettle and herbs, awarded Two Red Leaves by Gambero Rosso.
All come in the 0.50 l bottle; Leccio del Corno Bio also in the 3-litre size. For a more balanced, versatile oil, discover our blends.
