Aperitivo is the right time to taste Sabina in small bites. Here you will find the specialities from our pantry to open and share: black olive pâté, also with chilli, green olives, sun-dried tomatoes and pistachio pesto.
For a richer board there is the extra apricot jam, to pair with aged cheeses. And the 0.25 l orange flavoured oil adds a fresh note to crostini, grilled vegetables and raw fish.
A tip: serve pâté and pesto on toasted bread with a drizzle of raw extra virgin olive oil, and bring a bottle of Sabina PDO to the table for anyone who wants to taste it on its own.
